Across 639 acres of rolling hills at Arlington National Cemetery lay the remains of 14,000+ service men and women who served in the armed forces of the United States of America.
The cemetery’s most famous monument – the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier – honors those who could not be identified. Visitors should also make time to see the Welcome Center, Memorial Ampitheater, JFK Gravesite, Memorial Arboretum, and the Changing of the Guard.
